This Progress Tracker will help you to contact a mentoring organisation, work with your mentor, and come up with an action plan.
Contact an Organisation
Your first step is to contact a mentoring organisation - go to our 'Who can Help' page on floor 3 for a list of who you can contact regarging mentoring.
(If you're 15 - 25 and not in education or employment, the best place to start is Starting Point!)
Once you've have, tick this box to show you've completed this stage.
Set a Date
Once you've set a date for your first meeting make sure you put it into your diary and you set an alarm so you remember to get there on time!
Once you've started being mentored, you can use this sheet with your mentor to set your milestones (which are stages in your progress towards your goals.)
You should set yourself a deadline for each one and track your progress.
Use your reflection diary to keep a record of what you discuss in your meeting with your mentor and any tasks that you set.
Remember to write down the date of your next meeting and put it in your calendar so you remember to turn up!
